Earl Grey is a small rural community located along highway 22 between highways 6 and 20. In 1906 the village was incorporated and named after Albert Grey, Canada's Governor General at the time.
Businesses within Earl Grey consist of On The Grid Bar & Grill, Earl Grey Veterinary Clinic, Earl Grey Credit Union and the local post office. There are also many local tradesman in the areas, such as plumbers, electricians and construction workers.

In order to run in the municipal election for the Village, you must be:
- at least 18 years of age on Election Day;
- a Canadian citizen the day the Nomination Paper is submitted;
- a Saskatchewan resident for six consecutive months prior to the day the Nomination Paper is submitted; and
- has resided in the village for at least three consecutive months prior to the day the Nomination Paper is submitted.
If you meet the above criteria and are interested in running for village council please pick up your nomination papers at the village office. The papers MUST be submitted to our office by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7th.
Election Day is Monday, November 9th at the
Earl Grey Community Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Advance polls will also be at the Earl Grey Community Hall
on Thursday, October 29th from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
